A 5th-century Early Christian basilica in Arkasa, Karpathos, built over the ruins of an earlier church of Agia Anastasia. It preserves an elaborate mosaic floor and a historic baptismal font, with a local tradition that the font survived a pirate raid by floating back to shore. The site was excavated in 1923.
