British submarine. Struck an Italian mine and sank on 6 December 1941, about one mile off the south coast of Kefalonia, near Katelios. A single sailor, John Capes, survived by swimming to shore. Lies almost intact on a sandy seabed at a depth of 52m. Part of the official list of 91 wrecks/aircraft approved in 2021 by Greece's Central Council of Modern Monuments (ΚΣΝΜ) for organized recreational diving.
