Agios Pavlos Beach is a sheltered, crescent-shaped cove nestled just south of the ancient acropolis of Lindos, framed by dramatic limestone cliffs that plunge toward crystal-clear turquoise waters. According to tradition, the Apostle Paul himself landed here during his journey to Rhodes, lending the bay its sacred name and a chapel that still stands on its rocky promontory. The calm, shallow waters and striking scenery make it one of the most evocative and historically charged beaches on the island.
