This archaeological site encompasses three distinct Ottoman-era settlements—Kelyfos, Tourpes, and Thyroma—located in the Chania region of Crete. These tekkes (dervish lodges) and associated structures represent important material evidence of the Venetian-Ottoman transition period and the multicultural history of Crete under Ottoman administration. The remains offer insight into the religious and social organization of Ottoman communities on the island.
